The first complex component I tackled was the switch enclosure. The enclosure will bolt to the outside of the pipe handle, and the bolts will carry the signal inside. I made the top with a flexible portion that will press the pushbutton inside. I will seal up the seams with flexible resin after printing. The bolt holes were countersunk so the hardware will be flush. I still have to add wire channels to the bolts and make the area under the flexible portion thinner so it will bend more easily.
