2026-08-04 (Tu) EleKSCo REV05 Internal switch piece

I wanted the blade to be swappable when I removed the four fastening bolts, but I needed to connect wires from the high-voltage transformer to the aluminum bars. Since the internal switch piece was stationary and made to fit between the blades, I attached the wires to either side so the blades will touch the exposed conductors when assembled. There was a peg at the front where I can use a zip tie to hold the wires in place. The ends will have to be insulated, or they will arc inside the handle. If I add a solder glob to the wire's tip, I can keep them from slipping backward when I insert a tang. Perhaps I could replace the stranded high-voltage wire with a segment of sizable solid wire which could withstand repeated plugging without fraying. The low-voltage wires had to run along the bottom of the internal switch fastener. All the conductors had guide holes to keep them in place when I install hardware. The internal switch is now a complex part and the electrical spine of the project.
