2026-08-23 (Su) EleKSCo REV05 Power receiver plate

The plate with the power receptacle has been the most challenging to date. Even the switch internals were complex, but they were the knife's spinal cord and had a right to be finicky. I still need revisions for it. The plate with no external fasteners was a slog, but I struggled through three iterations. The first new revision would not fit into the pipe because the bolt holes in the ramped pegs were in the wrong spot. I replaced the round bolt holes with slots, and that held the plate securely, but they were so large I could not install the power receptacle. The third revision added the nut grooves back so I could tighten the bolts without holding the nuts, but the peg was still excessively large. The fourth version was a success! I removed the bolt slots, added a round hole in the ideal location, added a nut slot, and removed the excess ramp. When the new pegs worked well, I thickened the plate so it would sit in the pipe with truer alignment.
