2026-09-03 (Th) EleKSCo REV05 Internal switch component, AKA, the spine

I had two copies of the internal switch component, which is essentially the spine of the knife, and I lost the current model, so I reprinted it before starting assembly. The spine has the low-voltage switch nuts and the high-voltage blade contacts. My plan for the high-voltage wires was to insulate the tips of the bare wires, and run them through the side grooves and fasten them at both ends with zip ties. I cut some bare copper wire, covered the tips, bent the insulated tips into hooks, and tied them to the end. The wires felt sturdy, but I realized the zip tie would stop it from mating with the tang component. I need a low-profile way to hold the wires at the tip without creating a narrow spark gap.
