2025-07-09 (W) BonfireLaserTag Screen holder flat bottom

I input 0° to make a flat device and noticed the support stalks overlapped the screen's footprint. While I considered the best way to remedy this, I resolved the discrepancy between the length and width. They were switched in several places, but I think I found them all. The corrections fixed the bolt stalks, which were sized and positioned correctly all along. I added hexagonal holes in the bottom sized to fit M3 coupling nuts. The nuts will let me mechanically fasten from above and below for a secure fit with traditional hardware. I rendered and printed the flat screen module.

The next task was making a flat bottom. I used the same bolt spacing as the screen holder and added countersunk bolt holes in the bottom for a flush fit. I created a thick spine with eight holes, sized from M3 to M6, which corresponded to the four bolt sizes for connecting to 2020 extruded aluminum.
