James Mascia and Mike Dolce of Dren Productions suggested Wonder Man as our show to watch. They came on to promote their upcoming comic, Dungeons & Dimwits - Clownpocalypse Now, launching on Kickstarter soon. None of us had trouble finding something we liked about the show, but we spent a lot of time talking about its shortcomings. I assumed it would be a show about superhero-ing, but it was about life in Hollywood. I compared my experience to watching a show about someone inheriting a Lamborghini and not driving it until the last ten seconds. Fortunately, the series showed its strength by demonstrating what it might be like to have powers in the MCU without being a spotlit hero.
