My wife and I attended Open Sauce 2026, and it was our first visit to the festival. We went to Maker Faire for a couple of years, but we were dramatically more impressed by Open Sauce. I spotted a celebrity in the first building we went into, and it was Integza, a rocketry enthusiast I follow on YouTube. We spoke for a few minutes, and he was as awesome as his videos.
The most impressive device my wife and I spotted was a 2.5D printer. We were familiar with the commercial Eufy printer, but we loved the Morpho's open-source approach. The people at the booth were exceptionally helpful, eager to speak with us, and printed an open-source design on some whistles we brought.
