2026-07-22 (W) EWC_Mobile Serial proof

This was the last day I worked on the EWC_Mobile project. I plan to return soon, but another project would not get out of my head.

I looked deeper into why I could not get serial feedback on an ESP32-S3, and most people solved their issues, but none of them, that I could tell, were using MIDI over USB. I started with an example that included MIDI over Bluetooth since it already included serial functions. I modified the example to print a counter periodically, and the simple sketch would print over serial, but I could not detect a Bluetooth device. I stripped away everything in the sketch and uploaded that to confirm that it could still output serial, and it did, which meant that something in my code was blocking it, probably MIDI.
Serial can work with this controller
