2026-10-01 (Th) EleKSCo REV05 TPU printing

I tried loading TPU into one of the printers, but I quickly jammed it up. The first mistake was starting with some crinkly filament. The second mistake was shoving it into the top and hoping it would feed into the heating tube. The last mistake was not preheating the nozzle. I wound up with a small spaghetti mess inside the printer extruder. I thought I would have to disassemble the entire unit and spent a lot of time trying to find a useful one. Before I started up my electric screwdriver, I opened the tensioning arm on the side and found all the wadded-up filament. I checked the gears for debris and closed it up. I loaded fresh filament with the door open to make sure it went into the nozzle. I started the print successfully, but TPU has to go slowly, so it will not be finished today. I probably should have only printed one sheath.
