2026-10-04 (Su) EleKSCo REV05 Blade mod and sparking problem

The sparking was happening inside the handle again. The new TPU sheaths protected the blade well, but they insulated the aluminum more than I wanted. I could have remodeled the tang and sheaths, then reprinted, but I needed to test the hypothesis first. I cut away some of the plastic from the tang and sheaths to make a path for the electrical arc. I hoped this would instantly let a spark jump across, but all the sparking still happened inside the handle. I stopped to consider my options, and I will probably update the parts inside the handle to reduce the internal sparking and friction when I insert a blade.
