There were a lot of little steps I worked on for the electric knives. I started printing copies of the large pieces that take a long time. I printed four tangs, but I used the wrong model, as these were missing the rounded slots along the top and bottom. I wanted to print more sheaths, but the printer set up with TPU was chewing up filament. One of the fans stopped working, and the entire print head was overheating, so the filament inside lost all rigidity. I installed a new one, but I had to chop off the stock end and replace it with the old end. The fan spun up powerfully so I could get back to work.
