I almost printed the model incorrectly again. I caught myself in time and removed a hemisphere from the tip, which is the likeliest place to be useful on the knife during a match. I rendered and exported the models and converted them to G-code with TPU settings for the sheath and PLA settings for the tang. I liked the red TPU for the sheaths because they are visible, and I used a bronze-colored filament for the tang. When I assembled them, I realized it was the Iron Man combination, but I did not hate it. I assembled the new pieces into a blade module by taking the bolts and aluminum plates from the previous model. While it was apart, I reconfigured the wiring on the internal switch mechanism. When I put it back together, the sparks were still inside the handle, so my rewiring did not work, but I tested it on my arm, and the electricity preferred to go through me. I may be able to insulate the nut with some shrink tube and wrap that up.
